What a fascinating weekend this
is at the Cestari Sheep and Land Co. Wool Fair 2008. This remarkable
operation is only one of a few like it in America where wool is grown
(on sheep of course), shorn, and manufactured into skeins of yarn,
sweaters, socks and a myriad of other products all at one place. It is a
unique look at a process unlike any you have ever seen. The festival is
full of fun things to do for a whole family or a couple. Musical hay
bales, Dye your own piece of wool, knitting lessons, a state wide
clogger competitions, fashion show and so much more. Most activities are
free but a few are not and your package gets you a free pass to those
activities also.
